- Contract for training services relating to the preparation and obtaining of the II certificate, giving access to the position of instructor, responsible for the practical teaching of driving category B and G vehicles This contract concerns services of professional training aimed at preparing for obtaining the professional aptitude certificate II required in order to be able to provide driving lessons as an instructor (in accordance with the Royal Decree of May 11, 2004 relating to the conditions approval of motor vehicle driving schools). The subject of the contract is more fully defined in part B of these special specifications. This is a market for professional training services, as referred to in Annex III of the law of June 17, 2016 (social services and other specific services - CPV code 80530000-8). This contract is made up of 2 lots: Lot 1. Theoretical knowledge of road safety Lot 2. Automotive mechanics, technology and electricity These lots may be awarded to separate bidders.
