The current market concerns a contract with a single company for the renovation and repair of health facilities in the housing of the Central Social and Cultural Office of the Ministry of Defense (hereinafter called "OCASC") in Limburg. This is a one -year contract with the possibility of tacit extension under the same conditions for a maximum duration of three times (see point 2.5 of the specifications). The market is divided into two lots: Lot 1: Leopoldsburg, Peer, Helchteren Lot 2: Zonhoven, Duras, Berg and Brustem The maximum value of the market is € 228,000 for lot 1 and € 57,000 for lot 2.
