- A contract with a single company for the renewal and repair of sanitary facilities and tiles in housing from the Central Social and Cultural Action of the Ministry of Defense in the Cote region
This market relates to an agreement with a single company to The renewal and repair of sanitary facilities in the housing of the Central Social and Cultural Action Office of the Ministry of Defense (hereinafter Ocasc) at the coast, namely in Lombardsijde (75 dwellings), Nieuwpoort (10 dwellings), Bredene (28 dwellings), Fewege (25 dwellings), Brugge (1 accommodation). Most of the work will be ordered for the Lombardsijde and Bredene complexes (see the number of housing per complex). This is a 1 year contract with the annual possibility of extending the contract in a tacit manner under exactly the same conditions and at most 3 times (see point 2.5 of the CSC). The maximum possible market value is 100,000 euros. The market ends automatically, or at the time this amount would be reached either when the last possible extension will end.
