A contract with a single company for the renewal and repair of interior paintings and flexible soils in housing of the Central Social and Cultural Action of the Ministry of Defense in Oud-Heverlee, Zaventem, Kallo and Sint-Niklaas
This market concerns a Agreement with a single company for the renewal and repair of interior paints and flexible soils in the housing of the Central Social and Cultural Office of the Ministry of Defense (hereinafter OCASC) in Oud-Heverlee (52 dwellings), Zaventem (40 dwellings), Kallo (12 housing) and Sint-Niklaas (16 dwellings). This is a 1 -year contract with the annual possibility of extending the contract in a tacit manner under exactly the same conditions and at most 3 times (see point 2.5 of the CSC). There are 2 lots: lot 1: oud-heverlee and zaventem, lot 2: kallo and Sint-Niklaas. The maximum possible market value is € 120,000 for lot 1 and € 60,000 for lot 2. The market ends automatically, or at the time this amount would be reached either when the last possible extension ends (4 years after the start).
