Description:
The contract is split into sections:
-The firm section consists of the rewriting of the ICAR ("Centralized Inventory of Addresses and Streets") and MAJPICC ("Help for updating the PICC") applications in a single application. These two applications allow the updating of data related toaddresses and street names. The first operation will streamline the databases and provide a new single interface for all features. This interface will be based on newer, more efficient and more ergonomic technologies.ations targeted is set out in the technical requirements of the specifications.
-The conditional phase, if it is consolidated at the end of the firm phase, aims to establish a Walloon Buildings Register. This register must:
allow the grouping of identification and representation dataspatial and geometric layout of any building located in Wallonia according to a model established by mutual agreement between the partners and compliant with the most recent version of the technical specifications imposed by the INSPIRE directive; the register contains only one representation, the geometrythe most accurate and up-to-date;
minimize the maintenance efforts of the authentic source of the buildings by its managers;
allow the technical managers concerned with the buildings to pool their information by means of a unique identifier of the building and to adopt...
