Description:
The purpose of this multi-year service contract is the management and maintenance of server infrastructure, containers, databases, application hosting and the network on the various cloud and non-cloud platforms used by the SPW.
Three types of services are vized by this contract:
-The services of daily management, operation, resolution of requests and incidents and corrective maintenance and this, concerning the following areas: IT infrastructure and operating systems , databases, hostingt applications as well as the network. These different areas are divided into items 1 to 4 of this contract. A guard service relating to these areas is requested in item 5 of the inventory.carry out planned or urgent changes in relation to items 1 to 4. These services concern equipment already installed without modification of architecture or security.
-Services in project mode (item 7): these are services relating to to one-off development projectsdirectly related to items 1 to 4. During the contract, other projects not yet defined may be ordered by the contracting authority but related to these items.
