Description:
The purpose of the contract is to conclude a contract, in batches, with a view to setting up a ticketing tool for HR Solutions of HR Rail on the one hand (lot 1) and a ticketing tool for needs of the CSS Contact Center and the Social Fund, on the other hand (lot 2).
Ticketing tool for HR Solutions of HR Rail
The contract will relate to the implementation (and then the maintenance) of a ticketing tool which will be able to centralize in a single management platform HR Rail Customer Care contacts with their customers, as well as the provision of licenses for this tool.
The dev ticketing toolwill at least offer the following services:
1. provide a platform for managing contacts with customers;
2. allow HR Solutions to provide responses to customers from the tool;
3. allow the integration of requests submitted via:
• emails
•a web platform accessible via the HR Rail website;
4. allow customers to submit tickets and possibly monitor their progress in real time;
5. provide a reporting tool and a dashboard in real time;
6. have a donation exchange interfaceborn with HR Rail
