- Contract for architectural services and health and safety coordination for the renovation project of 66 housing units located Place Brossolette 1-3-5, Avenue des Ormeaux 1-2-3-4-5 and Avenue des Hêtres 2-4 The contract consists of appointing an architect or a team of project authors responsible for a complete architectural mission including the architectural study and the control of the implementation of safety and health works as well as a mission of safety and health coordinator on construction sites temporary or mobile following the royal decree of January 25, 2001. This is a relaunch of a market following the termination of a previous contract. The renovation work concerns only: • Electrical compliance and creation of meter premises; • Work on gas installations; • Installation of central heating; • Compliance with hygienic ventilation of housing; • Leveling of brick masonry and repairs of concrete on terraces; • Replacement of guardrails terraces; • Fire safety; • One-off replacements of equipment, power supplies and sanitary discharges; • Asbestos removal; • Removal of lead pipes.
