Description:
Service services as part of the purchasing consulting mission for a total duration of 24 months (12 months renewable 2 times per period of 6 months for a total of 2 years). With a role of external project manager, the mission consists To provide assistance in the context:- of the implementation of a new organization of the purchasing department in all its components, including managerial- of the definition of adequate profiles and the aid to the recruitment of the latter (writing of "Job Description", Screening Applications, possible participation of the selection jury as an external expert, ...)- upgrading and continuing education plan (public contracts, negotiation techniques, ...)- of development , Writing, documentation and archiving of internal procedures inherent in the proper functioning of the service (writing procedures, modeling of "process" following method "business process model & rating", ...) .- The coordination of the tasks of the internal team until the recruitment of the new internal purchasing manager at the hospital.
