Consultancy assignment in preparation for the assignment New Sports complex with swimming pool in Kessel-LO This assignment includes fixed and conditional parts with application of art. 57 of the law on public procurement of 17 June 2016 (see point III.2.1 and III.2.2, pp. 22-24). Sub -assignments 1 and 2 of this assignment fall under the fixed part of this agreement: sub -assignment 1: Spatial study in which 3 different cases are worked out for a new sports complex with swimming pool according to changing parameters (location, construction form). To this end, a spatial analysis of the site and its direct context are necessary to be able to compare the three cases with each other; sub -assignment 2: issue a specific advice for each of the 3 cases with regard to the desired form of management for new swimming pool, based on the proposed program; Sub -assignments 3 and 4 of this assignment fall under the conditional part of this agreement: sub -assignment 3: Advice and support for the specifications to market a new government assignment for the design and construction of a new sports complex with swimming pool; Sub -assignment 4: Support with the award process of the new OVE ...
