• Description:
• The assignment concerns leading and completing the process of optimizing administrative support for the leisure department. The municipality wants to thoroughly reorganize the administrative support within the Leisure umbrella organization. Today, administrative tasks are fragmented across different services (culture, sports, youth, events, etc.) and locations. This leads to divergent working methods, limited knowledge sharing, inefficient use of capacity and little streamlined processes processes. The planned centralization of the administrative services in the renovated town hall (opening September 2026) creates momentum to strengthen and standardize this operation. The external project manager is therefore instructed to create a to develop a unified administrative pool for all leisure services, including a clear division of tasks, uniform and optimized processes, and a clear framework for collaboration and presence in the new building.
