- The object of the market is the provision of services: audit of the payment management tools for family allowances (CAF). The context: the Special specifications (CSC) aims to examine the potential scale economy tracks of the payment circuit, the five Walloon operators are invited to associate in order to audit the three existing systems of Management and payment of family services. In order to objectify the said audit on the basis of different criteria defined and agreed before the parties, it is decided by the five operators to carry out a public consultancy market jointly.
