- This contract is a contract for construction works and equipment for the new circular and social economy center in Rhisnes. This center, which is the subject of an FEDER project, will be located behind the existing site of the Ressourcerie Namuroise de Rhisnes. It will include 4 infrastructures specific:
- a workshop space
- a permanent repair shop in which citizens can come and have a series of various objects and furniture repaired
- a materials library intended to promote reused materials
- a recuparc, recyparc focused on reuse with voluntary contribution space
The market is divided into 2 lots:
- LOT 1: Main works contract and premises equipment
- LOT 2: Contract for development of surroundings and fences
Construction of the circular and social economy center of Rhisnes
LOT 1 includes all construction work for the future economy center circular and social of Rhisnes. It includes civil engineering works, structural work, special techniques, finishing, but also the supply of equipment intended for the operation of future installations (shelving, tools, containers, furniture, etc.). It is therefore aimed at a general contractor.
Development of the surroundings of the circular and social economy center of Rhisnes
LOT 2 includes all the work development of the surroundings and fencing of the future circular and social economy center of Rhisnes. It includes planting work and of fence.
