- This undertaking mainly includes: • The necessary topographical work as well as the development of detailed plans of the works to be carried out; • Establishment of the inventory before work and ascertainment after work of all riverside properties, for all pconstructed parts, in plan, elevation and basements, whose cadastral plot is less than 12 m from the edge of the excavations to be carried out for the work described below. As well as the inventory and surveys of roads and sidewalks and public areas throughout the work area; • The dismantling of road and sidewalk coverings of all types, including their foundations and sub-foundations to a depth necessary for the execution of the work following the new profiles; • Demolition of masonry, concrete and reinforced concrete; • Coating scrapinghydrocarbon elements and their necessary cuts; • The creation of 3 storm sub-basins (B1= large basin; B2= basin made up of sinking pipes; B3= small basin) • The execution of earthworks of cuts and embankments, including compaction, possible stabilization , and/or thereplacement of insufficiently bearing or permeable soil, as well as temporary work to keep the excavations dry; • The implementation of a sand sub-foundation; • The implementation of a lean concrete foundation reinforced with a trellis; • The implementation of a foundation and backfill...
