Description:
This contract is a works contract which includes the execution of the following works (general description of the work to be carried out): Construction of a storage infrastructure on the Plate-Taille site. Earthworks and construction of a volume in exposed concrete double walls. The work described above is not exhaustive. The details of the work are included in the technical clauses and the summary measurement annexed to the special specifications. It is expressly stipulated that the contractor must carry out the work according to the rules of the art. The locations of execution are defined as follows (see also plans and measurements): Rue du Bois du Four at 6440 FROIDCHAPELLE CPV code: 45000000-7 - Construction work Market number: 66650 (C2022/035K) All materials to be used in this contract are new and must be supplied by the contractor, unless the special specifications specify otherwise. --- As part of this contract, the adjudicator intends to fight against social dumping and social fraud (See A2.91). --- The contract included in these specifications is subject to public interest investment financing - basic allocation 63.07 - Program 2 of the CGT budget for the year 2023.
