- Construction of a secure truck parking lot The purpose of the public works contract is the construction of a secure parking lot for trucks at the southwest end of the runway, along Rue de l-Aéroport (N630C). The market is subdivided into a firm tranche and two conditional tranches Firm slice The firm phase will include work relating to the entrance area (Access Roads area), the truck parking area and the trailer parking area. Conditional tranche n°1 The project provides for a first tranche conditional which consists of the widening of the trailer parking lot by occupying part of the cadastral plot adjacent to the northeast of the project. The said parcel concerned being categorized as a fishing zone within the Soil State Data Bank (BDES) in terms of soil pollution, a requalification procedure with the DAS is underway, and a request for exemption has been submitted. The work is placed in a conditional phase. This conditional tranche provides for few new developments, but larger quantities of asphalt, concrete and linear elements than the firm section. This development also involves moving the airport fence. This tranche provides for the addition of approximately 20 places of trailer parking.
