Description:
The contracting authority is looking for a main contractor who is responsible for the structural works that are necessary to replace and install a new main distribution network of ice water (cooling). More specifically, the assignment embraces: • The construction of a pump cellar between the H building and the T-building • The realization of a "can level" to install the ice water pipes and the future CV and sanitary pipes The construction of the basement is completely outside, with only the sawing of existing basement walls to realize access to the energy building (indoor). It's a project With a result obligation, in other words, the method of implementation is negotiable, but the roof load and being watertight are desired results. For the pump cellar (dimensioning concrete elements and necessary reinforcement), it expects so -called calculation documents. During the construction works Existing rainwater drains that are under the current vowels, to remain operational. The work for the "Can level" is fully indoor activities. Machines that work on fossil fuels cannot be used. During this work there must be a temporary solution offered to interrupt an operational air duct. To realize this part, night and weekend work may be necessary. The assignment will be further described in the plan of requirements.
