- The assignment concerns a new building for the ferry service on the one hand and public sanitary facilities on the other. A seating/shelter is also provided for users of the ferry, the public sanitary facilities and the adjacent play area. Furthermore, it is also the redevelopment of the outdoor landscaping in the immediate vicinity of the Veermanshuis is part of the assignment. The entire demolition of the existing motorist post and the redevelopment of the outdoor landscaping there form a conditional part, just like the maintenance contract during the warranty period.
