Purpose of the works The contracting authority, Havinet vzw - Zonnestraal site, is part of the bundling of three centers for adults with a limitation. With years of experience and extensive expertise as a licensed healthcare provider, the facility focuses on tailor-made personal guidance within the broad region of Flemish Brabant. Registered office: Havinet vzw - Schildpadstraat 30 - 1850 Grimbergen Havinet vzw - Zonnestraal site: Kroonstraat 44 - 1750 Lennik Given the continuous evolutions within the healthcare sector, not only appropriate infrastructure and expert equipment are important, but also a green, stimulating environment where there is space for nature experiences, rest points, and sporting or adventurous challenges. In 2019, Havinet vzw - Zonnestraal site acquired ownership of the land located at Zavelstraat 11, 1750 Lennik, which is adjacent to the existing plot with the buildings of the provision. Since the ratio between the number of users (clients) and the available garden and green zone is relatively limited, the facility saw great opportunities in this.
