Description:
The Expopark project relates to the creation of a new car park for exhibitors of the Namur Expo and a private garden for the owner of the land (BEP) to the right of the wasteland of the former Salzinnes football field. The project concerns: - the demolition and evacuation of equipment and buildings from the former Salzinnes football field; - the creation of a landscaped car park for the exhibitors of the Namur Expo, accessible from rue Fond des Bas near, as well as the creation of a secure bicycle shelter for cargo and normal bikes; - the development of a green zone, - the development of planted merlons and arranged plantation zones; - the development of deliveries and a emergency track, on the rear facade of the Namur Expo; - The redevelopment of road signaling rue Fond des Bas Prés, so as to allow an Economic Expansion BEP Ref.: 2024/1499 P. 5 Double-way traffic until the exit of the parking lot, the movement of the parking area on the right side of the Street des Bas Prés and the creation of a delivery zone (ground marking) near the exposure car park, so as to accommodate semi-trailers; - AD ...
