This assignment relates to the following works: Construction of Arenaplein The planned works "Arenaplein" are located within the public domain of the city of Antwerp - Deurne district. They are bordered by the following streets: Dokter Romain De Velstraat, Frans Baetenstraat, Dordrechtlaan and Muggenberglei. The planned works concern the reconstruction of the existing public domain. This has yet to take place as a first step in the context of a future neighborhood renovation. The demarcation of the "Arenaplein" application zone was determined in such a way that there is no impact on the later exitneighborhood renovation to be carried out. The planned works provided for in the application take this into account. In terms of sewerage, the necessary waiting pipes are already provided for later connection as well as necessary buffering and infiltration. The planned works concern: - Construction of infrastructure works for the design of de access to existing buildings and to provide various functionalities for parking, relaxation, events and recreation. Reconstruction of surfacing: relating to the redevelopment of various surfacing to provide access to the public zone, the homes and the Arena Halland to organize parking, accommodation, sports and events. - Designing the residential area according to the needs of the use with a focus on strengthening the landscape construction.
