Description:
This procedure aims at the appointment of a construction team, in this case a multidisciplinary team, with the task of constructing and renovating a total of 18 individual homes for social and budget rent. The 18 homes are spread over 4 locations. Modest reserves the right to inspect the location of the Kasteellaan (see below) not to have the renovation of the two non-connecting houses (house numbers 269 and 273) carried out. These two homes are each included as a conditional part within this assignment, which means that Modest can decide separately on each of these homes whether or not execute. In summary: The permanent part of this assignment includes: * the renovation of 5 homes located at Kasteellaan 257, 259, 261, 263 and 265 in 9000 Ghent; * the renovation of 8 homes located in Abrikoosstraat 43, 47, 49, 59, 63, 65, 67, 69 in 9000 Ghent and the associated 8 storage rooms; * the demolition and reconstruction of 2 homes located at Langestraat 134 and 138 in 9050 Ledeberg; * the realization of a new-build home on the vacant plot located at Ledebergstraat 60-64 in 9050 Ledeberg. The conditional part 1 of this assignment includes: the renovation of the Kasteellaan home 269. The conditional part 2 of this assignment includes: the renovation of the house Kasteellaan 273.
