- Connections on the public sewerage network (both on municipal and municipal pipes), repair and adjustment works to the municipal sewerage network and the related road repair. The execution of assignments is done on call. Framework contract It is a framework contract of Maximum 48 months. This assignment is a customer assignment, that is, that the assignment is carried out by means of partial orders depending on the actual needs. These partial orders are always done via a separate order form from the municipal administration on the basis of the necessities. Closing The tenderer does not provide exclusivity law of an agreement based on the present specifications. During the validity of the contract performance, identical or analogous to this described in this cutlery, others can have it carried out by others. The tenderer cannot stand out for that reason claim any reimbursement regardless of the size and nature. The municipal administration always has the option of writing an assignment as a competition or tender when the board is of the opinion that this work cannot be cataloged as a maintenance work due to its size or nature become. The awarded tenderer must be deployable throughout the territory of the municipality of Aalter, either the Aalter-Centrum, Bellem, Sint-Maria-Aalter, Aalter-Brug, Poeke and Lotenhulle.
