Description:
To comply with the new legislation (5PIC/S standard), a new production pharmacy is being built in UZLeuven.
A number of new cleanrooms must be set up for this.
These must be furnished with loose furniture (including cleanroom tables, drawer units, racks, transport trolleys, waste collectors,...) that is suitable for cleanrooms.
The assignment aims to conclude a (multilateral) framework agreement with several participants for the supply and installation of furniture (tables, drawer units, cabinets, racks, transport trolleys, etc.) that is suitable for cleanrooms, and this for the following plots:
Lot 1: supply and installation and putting into service of cleanroom furniture, being tables, drawer units, racks, cabinets, transport trolleys, serving trolleys, etc. that meet the conditions of class B.
Lot 2: supply, installation and commissioning of cleanroom tables meet the conditions of class C and D.
Lot 3: supply and installation of cleanroom furniture, being: mobile drawer units, racks, cupboards, transport trolleys, serving trolleys, waste stands, linen stands, modular bins and baskets, modular racks, ... that meet the conditions of class C and D.
The framework agreement will be awarded for the 3 lots on the basis of a concrete assignment as further described in the technical provisions.
Afterwards, the Contracting Authority will work for similar assignments within the various lots via mini-competitions.
