- Purpose of the concession: precarious exploitation and golf management on the site of time water lakes for a limited period. The concedent has arranged a golf course with a synthetic greens, a practice, 3 holes, a fun park (1- Putt-Putt route on the site on the site on the site. Mini-Golf, 2-Parcours Pitch & Putt, 3-Paris Footgolf, 4-Discgolf), a Horeca space, a club house. At the end of the award procedure, the concedent will designate the concessionaire who will be responsible, at his own risk, mainly, to exploit in a precarious manner and manage, for A limited duration, the golf course and its accessory installations located rue du Cierneau 1, at 6440 coldchapel. The concedent wishes to obtain an offer to meet the following needs: - The immediate recovery of the precarious exploitation of the existing golf course and its activities Accessories for a limited time.
