Description:
As part of their missions of general interest, the concedent wishes to make available to the various users (individuals, entrepreneurs, municipal administrations, etc.), a network of land receptor sites within the meaning of the Walloon government decree of July 5, 2018 relating to management and the traceability of the land and modifying various provisions in this area, as well as to the bonds linked to it. The purpose of this competition is the purpose of the concession of a research concession relating to research, analysis, study, design, implementation and exploitation of land receiving sites in the territory of the province of Luxembourg. The valued waste in embankment responds to the prescriptions of Annex I of the AgW of June 14, 2001 promoting the valuation of certain waste.
