- The purpose of the Concession is the development, management and operation of the premises of the former restaurant of the Palais des Congres (hereinafter "the Property"). In return for the right to exploit the Property, the Concessionaire will pay a royalty to the Licensor. The attention of Bidders is drawn tothe fact that the activities on offer are in no way limited to hospitality. The redevelopment and exploitation project for the Property may involve any other activity, provided (i) that it complies with the town planning regulations and the rights that the Grantor has over the Property; (ii) that it fits in a coherent and complementary manner with other activities nearby (including those of the Palais des Congres). If the proposed activity consists of hospitality, the attention of Bidders is also drawn to the fact that the Concession will not imply any exclusivity forregarding the activities of the Palais des Congres.
