- Through this procedure, Brussels Airport Company wants to conclude an agreement with a concessionaire who will operate petrol stations with services at Brussels Airport for a period of 5 years, with a possible extension of three times 1 year, to be decided by Brussels Airport Company.
The concession includes:
- Itoperating and maintaining the existing gas station with commercial services in the ABD zone (Airport Business District), located on the A201 in Zaventem, where the Operator will also operate a shop and a car wash (for car rental companies). maintaining the businessstanding gas station with commercial services in the BRUcargo zone, where the Operator will also operate a truckers' lounge and a car and truck wash.
- Operating and maintaining 5 mobile tank units airside.
- Operating and maintaining an underground storage tank and 2 pumps fromn the
existing airside filling station, located at the end of Pier A.
- Supplying diesel for 18 diesel groups landside/airside.
On November 9, 2023 at 10:00 AM CET or 2:00 PM CET (duration /- 2 hours), Brussels Airport Company organizes a mandatory information session and a site visit. Candidates mmust confirm their presence at one of the sessions before November 6, 2023 5:00 PM CET and email the names (including a copy of the identity card) of the participants (maximum 2) to the e-mail address fuelstations2024@brusselsairport.be to obtain an access badge .
