• Description:
• The contracting authority wishes to conclude a concession agreement with one company for the supply, installation and maintenance of shelters at public transport stops in the Grimbergen territory and for commercial advertising on these shelters.
  It concerns the placement of vof 53 shelters, of which currently:
  •12 commercial shelters from the company Clear Channel;
  •38 shelters under our own management (including the subsidized shelters of De Lijn older than 10 years);
  •2 new shelters to be installed;
  •1 subsidized shelter from De Lijn.
  The registrants must submitn to indicate for this concession which shelters they will advertise on. The choice for analogue and/or digital advertising will also be left to the concessionaire.
  The intention is that all existing shelters will be replaced by the concessionaire in the first three years of de concession. In appendix D it must indicate which shelters will be renovated in the first, second and third year of the concession.
  This renewal can be done by the concession holder in the following way (see III.2.2 of this concession document):
  •By installing new (whether or notnon) commercial shelters;
  •By refurbishing the existing shelters;
  •By installing subsidized shelters from De Lijn (maximum 60%).
  The term of the concession is set at 15 years, from the closure of the concession . In the new agreement, all shifts will be included...
