- This market is a purchasing center for the production of Land Quality Reports (RQT) by an approved expert, within the framework of the Walloon Government decree of 05/07/2018 relating to management and traceability land and modifying various provisions in this matter.
These Reportsof Land Quality will be established at the request of the various members of the purchasing center, as part of their various projects which require management and characterization of their excavated or to be excavated land.
Different orders are likely to be placed to the contractorarea, by different contracting authorities, on the basis of the positions defined in the technical clauses, according to the needs of each contracting authority.
The various orders must be carried out in accordance with:
-The Order of the Walloon Government of 05/07/ 2018 relating to agestion and traceability of land and modifying various provisions in this area
-The GRGT in force: Reference Guide relating to Land Management
-The report template defined by WALTERRE
-The CWEA in force: Walloon Compendium of Sampling and Analysis
-The Decree of 01/03/2018relating to soil management and sanitation
-The CWBP in force (Walloon Code of Good Practices) and various guides forming part of it
