Description:
Context:
The mission concerns the redevelopment of existing buildings, belonging to the city of Verviers, in public utility housing. Some of them will keep a commercial unit on the ground floor.
Some have undergone damage (direct and/or indirect) during the floods ofJuly 2021 and will have to be the subject of a preliminary study by their health state.
Studies and renovations will be subject to the ministerial decree of September 29, 2023 granting an optional subsidy to municipalities in categories 1, aimed at redeployment of utility housingpublic following the floods of July 2021. In this context, the project author will read and apply the requirements (techniques and eligible posts) of the decree (joined in appendix G).
Division in lots:
The market is divided into lots as follows:
- Lot 1 "Redevelopment of a property locatedCrapaurue 121-125 "
-Lot 2" Redevelopment of four goods located rue du Brou 8-10 and 12-14, rue Ortmans 10 and rue Peltzer de Clermont 111 "
A tenderer can submit an offer for the two lots or one of the two lots according to his choice, but in any case, he will only be allocatedof the two lots (see detail in chapter I.13).
