This public market relates to the designation of project author for the rehabilitation of the Warnant presbytery in a multi-service building according to file n ° 1.07 of the Communal Rural Development Plan (PCDR). The presbytery, municipal property, is located rue Joseph Wauters, 7 to 4530 Villers-le-Bouillet (Warnant-Dreye), cadastral 61074B0402/00a000. The development of the surroundings may also include the cadastral plot 61074A0084/00B000 (church, municipal property) as well as the communal road plate. The town of Villers-le-Bouillet wishes to implement a sustainable infrastructure. The estimated amount of the total cost excluding VAT of the work is 650,000.00 EUR. The contractor will be invited to update this estimate, if necessary, during the study of the project and according to the options selected.
