I.5.1 Presentation and scope of the mission The purpose of the contract is a dual mission as project author for the F&G building renovation project The mission of the project author includes all the services of the 2 main components: Part 1 - Mission complete - Helios and DecarbonLab foundation headquarters facilities [MA1.1] Studies of architecture, stability, special techniques, study coordination, safety and health coordination, environmental and sustainable expertise including PEB coordination, acoustics, coordination of execution and budgetary control to enable construction as a general contractor. Space planning must be re-evaluated. Part 2 - Partial mission - ULB/VUB university developments[MA2.1] Compliance of occupied buildings (fire, electricity, ventilation, etc.) (See Appendix F_Programming), stability studies, special techniques, study coordination, safety and health coordination, environmental and sustainable expertise including PEB coordination and acoustics until the contract is awarded to the general contractor (the work will be carried out via ULB framework works contracts) The project author may then be consulted occasionally for specific studies/missions following management rate shown below in the point “Remuneration and fees The space planning is already defined and does not need to be re-evaluated.
