Description:
The study assignment focuses primarily on the tactical and operational phase, and to a lesser extent on the strategic phase. The tactical phase aims to develop strategies for the buildings in the core portfolio at the macro level, with a focus on substantive, spatial and building aspects and their financial feasibility. Strategic tools developed in the operational phase to effectively evaluate, adjust and further elaborate the real estate strategy. In addition, a detailed financial analysis is requested in the strategic phase that maps out the exploitation and investment costs, but also on the possible structural yields and valorization options. In addition to the cost aspects, the structural revenues - such as sales, rental and concessions - also include a balanced and integral overall picture. The research team that is compiled for this study assignment must have a multidisciplinary approach.
