- This public contract concerns the framework agreement for multimedia infrastructure and audiovisual support for the buildings of the contracting authority. The contract is divided into two lots: Lot 1 Supply, installation, training and maintenance of multimedia infrastructure This The plot concerns the purchase of new multimedia infrastructure and associated services. On the one hand, it includes the supply of audiovisual equipment on the basis of a product catalogue, in which tenderers must quote a price per product (the so-called "Quoted Products"). In addition the parcel includes support services, including: the coordination, installation and configuration of the infrastructure provided, training for users, technicians and administrators, and the maintenance of both the newly purchased and the existing multimedia infrastructure. Lot 2 Audiovisual support during events and meetings This lot concerns the provision of audiovisual support in the context of the organization of events and meetings in the buildings of the contracting authority. The contractor will be responsible for the temporary rental, installation, configuration and technical assistance of the necessary audiovisual equipment (screens, projectors, sound amplification, microphones, videoconferencing systems, etc.). The services are delivered on demand during the term of the framework agreement.
