Non-exhaustive typology of the work to be carried out: - laying of tiling; - repair of a playground; - installation of specific premises; - installation of flexible floor covering; - installation of insulation; - laying of cabling; - paint work ; - installation of non-load-bearing partitioning;- interior finishing work; - small electrical, sanitary work, etc. In order to maximize the chances of success of the project, the company must take into account the following and non-exhaustive constraints, linked to intervention in a school environment: - safety rules, hygiene, etc. ; - adaptation to constraints linked to the presence and frequent circulation of minor students and other users; - almost impossible, outside of school holidays, to completely empty a building of its occupants - need to closely coordinate the construction site with the occupant.
