- The contract concerns the appointment of a company revisor as a supervisory director of accounts responsible for the Audit and Certification Services of the Society for Inter-Communal Transport in Brussels (STIB) and for the consolidated accounts, as well as for sustainability report and -Information (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive/CSRD).
In particular, this concerns audits and certifications in the context of the Codex of the public finances of the Brussels -Capital Region of 4 April 2024 and the implementing decisions and audits and certifications of annual accounts in the framework of Belgian accounting law (Code of Companies and Associations of 23 March 2019).
The appointment of a company revisor is in accordance with Article 36 of the articles of association (in which the Control is entrusted to a College of three Commissioners of the Accounts, including one company visor).
