- The renovation consists of upgrading the equipment in terms of functionality, energy performance, accessibility, fire safety and acoustic performance. The main interventions of the project are as follows: - The complete replacement of the glass facades and opaque parts. - Renovation, repairs and treatment of exterior concrete. - The removal of additions subsequent to the original construction dating from 1977 on the ground floor (in terracotta brick masonry). - The reconfiguration of the monumental staircase providing access to the foyer (subject to demolition of the current staircase). - The interior restructuring of the spaces on the ground floor, the foyer, the theater, the multipurpose rooms and the public reading center. - The creation of a ventilation system. - Renovation and installation of elevators and goods lifts. - There renovation of sanitary facilities and heating system. - Renovation of the electrical installation and compliance with fire safety standards. - Renovation of stage techniques (scenography). - The redevelopment of part of the parking lot and surrounding areas, and the creation of an infiltration valley.
