This market concerns the collection, transport, recovery, administrative reporting and traceability of dehydrated sludge, limed or unlimed, from INASEP wastewater treatment plants to a reuse sector.
Exceptionally, temporary storage on an intermediate site could be used.
In order to diversify the possibilities of valorization, an innovation criterion is considered in this market. When evaluating offers, a pricing advantage will be granted for sectors other than direct agricultural valorization of sludge. By way of illustration, an example of a sector would be the reuse of sludge in agriculture, after their co-composting or biodigestion
However, the service provider then undertakes to use each of these channels. Thermal recovery is EXCLUDED from present market
