The framework agreement has the object of the delivery and placement of visitor chairs and tables on demand for the design of meeting rooms, conversation rooms, reception rooms, ...
The standard range consists on the one hand of fabrics covered (visitors) seats, wooden (visitors) seats, and plastic (visitors) chairs. On the other hand, from (meeting) tables and work tables that are designed for one to two people with a limited weight, making them easy to move. The furniture offered must be suitable for intensive use.
The non-standard range includes the delivery and placement of the catalog articles.
Deliveries and placement are based on partial orders (also per piece) and must be done at various locations in Flanders and the Brussels -Capital Region.
It aims to establish a framework that will serve as a basis for the award of future Individual orders.
The estimated numbers are not binding.
The board has the right to negotiate better conditions for orders of large quantities.
