The subject of these works: this assignment is an assignment for services and as the object has the clearing, unclogging and carrying out of a camera inspection of the sewerage system of the housing in the operating area of Woonpunt Zennevallei BV. Explanation: the nature and size of the worksvaries and cannot be determined in advance. In addition, the services must be performed on different and in advance data in the year. The framework agreement is concluded with several entrepreneurs. The assignments based on the framework agreement are awarded according to the in theFramework agreement sets set in accordance with Article 43, §5 and §6 of the law of 17 June 2016 on public procurement. The assignments are placed in the execution of the framework agreement by means of partial assignments (= orders). This assignment does not provide exclusivity.
