Cleaning is an essential service at Brussels Airport because of its great importance for the experience of our passengers. In recent years it has become clear that the hospitality aspect of cleaning is not just a trend, but a strategic one leverage to improve both passenger satisfaction and employee engagement. The tender consists of two lots and the aim is to conclude a framework agreement with one or two parties. The scope of the future both contracts includes all cleaning activities, including periodic and regular cleaning, specialized cleaning, interventions, interior window cleaning, the purchase of consumables, minor repairs, waste management and additional. These activities are carried out per plot by the same party. The difference lies in the zones themselves. If candidates participate in both lots, a synergy proposal will be requested in the tender. BAC/2025/001_Cleaning - 1 Lot 1 (Hospitality) Covers passenger-oriented and service-oriented zones (Car Rental, Drop-off, Intermodal Hub, Curb, Check-in, Terminal, Lounges, commercial areas, offices, Compass, badge and safety center, Fire Department, Federal Police, Customs). Focus: adaptive, hospitality-driven cleaning that requires flexibility, responsiveness and soft skills.
