• Description:
• The purpose of this contract is to provide cleaning and waste management services in the buildings of the Committee of the Regions and the European Economic and Social Committee in Brussels, with an obligation of result. The contract covers the services flat rates (basic cleaning of premises, cleaning and changing hours, low-frequency cleaning, window cleaning, pest control service, waste recovery and treatment, sanitary supplies, hygienic containers and sanitary napkin distributors, preventive disinfection), the SPOC and on-demand services (SPOC permanence, additional management, purchase of supplies, recovery and treatment of waste outside the package, one-off control services pest control, specific services, rental of lifting/access means and/or self-propelled nacelles, collection, destruction and transport of confidential documents).
