- The services include: - regular services, following a precise schedule: - collection with pliers - manual sweeping - manual weeding - collection of dead leaves - occasional, planned and unforeseeable services: - cleaning during events in plein air (Carnival, Maitrank festivals) - cleaning in the event of an accident - emergency cleaning outside normal operating hours, or even Sunday or public holidayThe market is planned for a period of one year from January 1, 2020 and tacitly renewable for 3 one-year periods. Compliantent to article 40 of the law of June 15, 2006 relating to public contracts, the successful bidder undertakes to carry out, as part of the execution of this contract, socio-professional integration actions for job seekers particularly difficult to place or socio-professional integration actionsprofessional employment of disabled people. This requirement will be met by resorting to subcontracting to one or more social economy integration companies (Integration Company, Work Training Company or Adapted Work Company). for 10% of the amount excluding VAT of the approved offerpayment distributed over the four years in an equal manner (i.e. 2.5% of the approved offer per year).
