UCLL University of Applied Sciences offers 20 graduate courses, 22 professional bachelor courses and 9 advanced bachelor courses and 50 postgraduate courses on 8 campuses in Limburg and Flemish Brabant. With 18,000 students and 1,800 employees, UCLL is one of the largest higher education institutions in Flanders. UCLL is active in the areas of teacher training, management, technology, health and welfare and combines its educational mission with practice-oriented research and services. This is a public procedure with award criteria for carrying out cleaning maintenance on all UCLL campuses.

The tenderer is obliged to rely on the following documents when drawing up his quotation:
1) Order description, per lot, of the cleaning work (see technical section)
2) Supplied plans, programming tables and measurements of buildings to be cleaned (see appendices E and F)
3) Mandatory site visit and question round on 12/11/2025 and 13/11/2025 in Leuven and 14/11/2025 in Limburg on penalty of nullity of registration
