Description:
The purpose of the contract is the execution of work as defined by the contract documents. This market is a tranche market. • A firm portion of various civil engineering in the municipalities of Braine-l-Alleud and Nivelles (lodge bases, retaining walls, access platforms-corridors under the tracks of the Nivelles station, etc.) Completion of the Nivelles station (awnings, etc.) • A conditional phase n°1 Construction of the new elevator shaft on platform 3-4, in the Corridor under the North tracks of the Nivelles station • A conditional phase no. 2 Construction of the new elevator shaft on platform 5-6, in the Corridor under the North tracks of Nivelles station The quantity survey is divided into 3 according to the sections. The conditional tranches will be lifted, independently of one of the other, upon confirmation by SNCB that the necessary budget for this work is available.
