Explanation: The Pneumology Service of the AZ Sint-Maarten Hospital wishes to write an assignment for installation for oxygen therapy at the patient's home. The assignment includes full support due to Tenderer and this for placing devices for long -term oxygen therapy, as well as delivery of gases on the one hand and on the other hand the control and follow -up at the patient's home of the equipment and correct use by the patient. Implementation of the assignment can be situated throughout Belgium And this over a period of 4+1+1 year. The hospital decides to possibly extend the collaboration by 1+1 year after 4 years. In the file, the tenderer must provide all accessories as included in the guidelines of the convention. These accessories are included in the total cost of the quotation. If the doctor prescribes a humidifier, it will be provided by the tenderer and for his expenses. Control and maintenance of the devices is charged to the tenderer.
