- This project includes: • disassembly and out -of -site evacuation of the old boilers n 3 and n 4; • the supply and installation of a new 1 MW boiler, replacing boiler n 4; • the installation of the four new traffic pumps, already present on site, withAddition of speed variators and the complete renovation of electrical tables with a new regulation to be connected to the existing GTC; • The compliance of the boiler room according to the regulations in force (PEB, Brussels Environment, Safety, ...). The spare of the tendereris attracted to the fact that the site will remain in activity during the realization of the work: presence of third parties near the work zone and the access routes to this area. The expectations of the M.O. vis-a-vis the entrepreneur who will carry out the work are among others: . being very attentive to thesecurity by not leaving accessible devices, properly closing access to the site; Limit as much as possible the dispersion of dust and other nuisances (sound, olfactory, visual).
