- Service market for a team including a technical design office specializing in buildings stability, a company carrying out polls and an analysis laboratory of samples. This service market concerns the in-depth analysis of the structures of the subsoil and the foundations of a concrete frame building, built around 1952 on piles, housing a swimming pool and a covered sports area, in order to determine their condition precisely general and fix the stability work to be undertaken to perpetuate the building. A first study was carried out in 1999 and concrete repair work was carried out in 2000. A second study at the basins was carried out in 2023, indicating major faults in the structure and the need to extend to the whole building analysis. This is the reason and object of this market. On -site visits, samples, carottages and analyzes are notably to be carried out to make it possible to establish the expected complete report (see Chapter IV for a more detailed description).
