• Description:
• The purpose of the project is the renovation and rehabilitation of part of the premises (321 to 325) on the third floor of building 3A belonging to the Gryzon Institute, located on the Ceria campus in Anderlecht. He agrees to create class classes: cooking, laundry room, apartment, hospital room and 2 changing rooms (girls & boys). Depending on the date of notification of the market, the work is planned from April to August 2025. It will be necessary to take advantage of the spring holidays (28/4 to 9/5/25) to carry out the demolition work. However, the premises must imperatively be made available for the start of the school year in August 2025. Consequently, the bidder's attention is drawn to the fact that the building will be (largely) active during the work (end, May and June 2025): presence of third parties near the work zone and access routes to this area.
